1. About Our Services

Tcee Global Travel & Tours Ltd provides guidance to individuals exploring international education opportunities, including study opportunities in Russia.

Depending on the service agreed upon, our assistance may include:

• Guidance on exploring universities and study programmes.
• Information about admission requirements.
• Assistance with application preparation and submission.
• Admission interview preparation.
• Visa interview preparation and application guidance.
• Guidance on the steps involved in preparing to travel for study.

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa Approval

University admissions, invitation letters, visa decisions and permission to enter a country are determined by the relevant universities, authorities and other responsible organisations.

We do not guarantee admission, an invitation letter, visa approval, entry into a country, employment or any particular outcome.

We undertake to provide the agreed guidance and assistance with reasonable care. Previous student outcomes do not guarantee that another applicant will achieve the same result.

3. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, genuine and complete information.
• Submitting authentic academic and identity documents.
• Reviewing application details before submission.
• Responding to requests for additional information in good time.
• Attending required interviews and appointments.
• Meeting applicable deadlines and official requirements.
• Paying agreed fees and official charges as applicable.
• Understanding the conditions attached to their admission and visa.

Students must not knowingly provide false documents, misrepresent their qualifications or conceal information when disclosure is legally required.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees, payment schedules and any applicable additional charges should be communicated to the student before the student commits to the relevant service.

University tuition, accommodation, visa charges, translation, medical examinations, travel and other third-party expenses may be separate from our service fees. Students should confirm which costs are included in their particular service arrangement.

Students should obtain confirmation of applicable fees and payment instructions directly from Tcee Global before making payments.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work already completed, the applicable agreement, and any relevant legal requirements.

Payments made directly to universities, government authorities or other third parties are subject to the applicable recipient's rules and refund procedures. Tcee Global cannot promise that a third party will approve a refund.

A visa refusal or unsuccessful admission application does not automatically establish whether a particular payment is refundable. Any refund will be assessed according to the applicable agreement and law.

We will provide further information about our refund procedures before accepting payment for a service. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Third-Party Decisions and Services

Universities, government authorities, visa offices, accommodation providers and other third parties operate independently of Tcee Global.

Their requirements, processing times, fees and decisions may change. We will communicate relevant information available to us, but we cannot control the decisions or processing times of independent organisations.

7. No Military Visa or Recruitment Services

Tcee Global Travel & Tours Ltd does not provide military visa services, military recruitment services or assistance intended to facilitate military enlistment.

Our services are intended to support educational pursuits. We advise students against abandoning or misusing their educational plans to pursue military enlistment and encourage them to understand the legal, personal and safety implications of decisions made abroad.

Students are responsible for their conduct and decisions after travelling. This statement does not limit any responsibility that applicable law places on Tcee Global.

8. Student Documents and Privacy

Students must provide documents and information required for their applications through the agreed submission channels.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Where required for an application, information may be shared with relevant universities, application partners and other appropriate recipients.

Our document-retention and deletion practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Testimonials and Publicity

We may share genuine student feedback and application milestones to describe our services. Identifiable testimonials or stories will only be published with appropriate permission.

Student testimonials describe individual experiences and must not be understood as a guarantee of results for future applicants.
