Privacy Policy
Tcee Global Travel & Tours Ltd
Effective date: 20 October 2026
1. Who We Are
Tcee Global Travel & Tours Ltd provides study-abroad guidance and application support to individuals exploring educational opportunities abroad, including in Russia.
This policy applies to personal information we process when prospective students contact us, submit application information, or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the services requested and the requirements of a particular application, we may collect personal information including:
- Names and contact details.
- Academic records, certificates and qualifications.
- Passport details and copies of identity documents.
- Visa application information and supporting documents.
- Other credentials reasonably required for an application.
- Communications and information about application progress.
We aim to collect information that is relevant and necessary for the services being provided.
3. How We Collect Information
Students generally submit application information through Google Forms. We may also communicate with students through email, WhatsApp, telephone calls or other communication channels used in providing our services.
Our website currently provides general information about our services and study-abroad opportunities. It does not currently collect application documents directly through a website application form.
If we introduce direct document collection or other information-collection features on our website in the future, we will update this policy and provide any additional notices required by applicable law.
4. Why We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Understand a student's educational goals and eligibility.
- Provide study-abroad guidance and application support.
- Prepare or assist with university and visa applications.
- Communicate application updates and next steps.
- Share required documents with relevant application recipients.
- Maintain a record of the services provided to a client.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and address legitimate disputes.
We process personal information on an appropriate lawful basis under applicable data-protection law. Where consent is the required basis, we will seek it.
5. Sharing Information With Third Parties
Where necessary for a student's application, relevant information may be shared with universities, authorised application partners, invitation-processing organisations, visa-processing recipients or other appropriate parties involved in the application process.
We do not intend to share application documents for unrelated purposes. Information should only be shared where there is an appropriate lawful basis and the sharing is necessary for the relevant purpose.
Some recipients may be located outside Nigeria. The handling of information by those recipients may also be subject to the laws and practices applicable to them. We will take applicable legal requirements into account when arranging international transfers of personal data.
6. Who Can Access Your Information
Access to student documents is limited to the founder and authorised staff members who need the information to carry out their responsibilities.
We use measures such as strong passwords and restrictions on staff access to help protect confidential information. We aim to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse of personal information.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Document Retention and Deletion
After a student has received visa approval and arrived in Russia, our stated practice is to delete the student's application documents and retain a limited record that we provided services to that client.
We do not intend to retain the student's application documents as part of that ongoing client record. Any information retained must have an appropriate purpose and lawful basis.
Where documents are held through email, Google Forms, Google Drive or other storage systems, deletion may require action in the relevant locations and consideration of available copies, backups and provider retention practices.
Information may need to be retained for longer where required by law, necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or otherwise permitted by applicable law. Where this applies, we will limit retention to what is necessary.
8. Testimonials and Student Stories
We may wish to share student testimonials, feedback or accounts of their application journeys to explain our services and celebrate genuine milestones.
We will seek appropriate permission before publishing identifiable student testimonials or stories. Students may contact us about their preferences regarding the use of their testimonial, subject to applicable law and any legitimate record-keeping obligations.
We aim to present student experiences accurately and avoid suggesting that one student's experience guarantees the same outcome for another applicant.
9. Cookies and Website Usage
This website currently provides informational content about our services. If we introduce analytics, advertising technologies, cookies or other tracking tools, we will provide any notices and choices required by applicable law.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Understand how your personal information is used.
- Request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
- Request deletion where the law provides that right.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Exercise any applicable right to data portability.
- Complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to external platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook and other third-party services. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage visitors to review the relevant policies when using those services.
12. Study-Abroad Services and Military Activities
Tcee Global Travel & Tours Ltd provides study-abroad guidance and educational application support. We do not provide military visa services, military recruitment services or assistance intended to facilitate military enlistment.
We advise students against abandoning or misusing their educational plans to pursue military enlistment and encourage them to understand the legal, personal and safety implications of decisions they make abroad.
Our study-abroad services are intended for educational purposes. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, entry into a country or any particular outcome after a student travels.
13. Children's Information
Our services are intended to be provided in accordance with applicable age, consent and legal requirements. Where an applicant is a child or requires a parent, guardian or other authorised representative under applicable law, appropriate safeguards and permissions must be considered before processing their information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, information-handling practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
